Cozy Meets Chic—3 Must Have Chunky Sweaters for Fall

Trying to stay cozy while looking chic when the weather gets cold can be tricky, but there are 3 chunky knit sweaters that are simple solutions.

The minor high/low detail allows for full coverage in the back, leaving the front for a simple front or side tuck. You can style this with the Mia High Rise dark wash for a clean look or with the Gisele Ankle Skinny by Dear John Denim to add more flair at the ankle and side seams. Depending on the occasion, throw on the Wade Faux Suede Jacket or the Amelia Denim Jacket (my personal ride or die) and you’re out the door.

Layer on a gold necklace to complete your look while also bringing out the gold tones in the rich copper color of the sweater.

As an added bonus, I have to say that one of my absolute favorite sweaters is the Check Her Out Cardigan from Pink Martini. While it’s not a chunky knit sweater, this can instantly elevate any outfit with its luxurious color. The tan tone is extremely denim friendly, and the black checks make it easy to pair with any trouser or black denim. My personal preference when styling this piece is to pair it with the Mia High Rise Ankle Skinny in black and the Phoenix Pocket V-neck in white to elevate what world normally be a relatively basic look.
