We do our best to process your order quickly and efficiently. All orders will be processed within two business days. Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday.

USPS (United States Postal Service): All orders must be placed by noon MST to guarantee delivery dates. Trinity is not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather.

SHIPPING METHODS

STANDARD SHIPPING:

We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Standard flat rate ships via USPS Ground. Ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states typically takes 3-5 days to reach you, excluding the holidays as noted above. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii can take up to 10 days to reach you.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150. We use real-time shipping rates offering you the most cost effective shipping solution. Free shipping is sent via USPS Ground

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

We also offer expedited shipping options that will be available during checkout. Orders must be placed before 12 noon MST in order to reach you in time. If orders are placed after 12 noon MST, the order may miss the shipping window and will ship the following day. Please reference the holiday shipping cut-off dates noted above if shipping between November and December.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this time, we currently ship within the contiguous 48 states as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Canada; however, all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be assessed at the time of delivery. We are working diligently on opening up new shipping options to other countries. We apologize for the inconvenience but hope to have a solution in place very soon.

ORDER TRACKING

  • You will receive an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided during checkout, which can take up to 24 hours. 
  • You will receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. 
    • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small window to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.
    • If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at customerservice@trinityclothing.com, as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
  • If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you have received it. For more information on how to return your order, please click here.
  • Please note, if an incorrect shipping address was used, your parcel will be returned to us.
    • In this case, we will wait for your parcel to be returned to us by the carrier and then we can either re-ship the parcel to your correct address (additional shipping charges apply) or provide you with a refund within our Return Policy.

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • All of our shipments include online parcel tracking.
  • If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact UPS or USPS using the numbers below. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.
  • If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to an alternate address, such as a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
  • For product returns, we (Trinity) are not responsible for packages that are lost in route or delivered to the incorrect address by the logistics carrier. Trinity does not take responsibility or ownership of any package that is on route to us or is not successfully delivered.  
  • Please note that all shipping times are guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
