SHIPPING POLICIES

Thank you for choosing Trinity Clothing. We want you to love what you purchase, feel confident, and unstoppable in our clothing. A good customer experience is what we strive for! We do our best to process your order quickly and efficiently. However, due to COVID-19, our fulfillment time has been lengthened and we deeply apologize for the delay.  All orders will be processed within seven business days. We are working hard to keep to our original processing times which is two days, however, to keep our employees safe and healthy, it may take longer to process your order. We appreciate your understanding.

Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday.

UPS (United Parcel Service): All orders must be placed by noon MST to guarantee delivery dates. Trinity is not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather.

SHIPPING METHODS

STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer two domestic shipping options, USPS and UPS within the contiguous 48 states. Ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states typically takes 3-5 days to reach you, excluding holidays. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii can take up to 10 days to reach you.

We offer free shipping within the contiguous 48 states on orders over $150 (not available during Flash Sales or our annual Birthday Sale). We use real-time shipping rates offering you the most cost effective shipping solution. Free shipping is sent via USPS Ground

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

We also offer expedited shipping options that will be available during checkout. Orders must be placed before 12 noon MST in order to reach you in time. If orders are placed after 12 noon MST, the order may miss the shipping window and will ship the following day. Please reference the holiday shipping cut-off dates noted above if shipping between November and December.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Worldwide shipping provided via DHL Express. Real-time shipping rates provided at checkout include most customs duties and fees. In some cases (though rare), customs may impose additional fees and/or duties which are beyond our control. Trinity Clothing is not responsible for any additional fees assessed. The customer is responsible to pay any additional fees assessed.  Delivery time varies based on location.

ORDER TRACKING

  • You will receive an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided during checkout, which can take up to 24 hours. 
  • You will receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. 
    • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small window to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.
    • If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at customerservice@trinityclothing.com, as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
  • If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you have received it. For more information on how to return your order, please click here.
  • Please note, if an incorrect shipping address was used, your parcel will be returned to us.
    • In this case, we will wait for your parcel to be returned to us by the carrier and then we can either re-ship the parcel to your correct address (additional shipping charges apply) or provide you with a refund within our Return Policy.

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • All of our shipments include online parcel tracking.
  • If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact UPS or USPS using the numbers below. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.
  • If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to an alternate address, such as a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
  • For product returns, we (Trinity) are not responsible for packages that are lost in route or delivered to the incorrect address by the logistics carrier. Trinity does not take responsibility or ownership of any package that is on route to us or is not successfully delivered.  
  • Please note that all shipping times are guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
