Anytime you place an order you will receive two e-mails. The first will be a confirmation e-mail containing your order number. The second e-mail contains your tracking number and is sent once your item has been marked as shipped. Please note that it can take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
We will e-mail you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
If you have a trinityclothing.com profile, sign in to your account. You will see which purchases are on the way and get to the shipment tracking updates.

At Trinity Clothing, we purchase unique pieces and in small quantities. As each customer is unique and beautiful, we want our clothing to be the same. Nothing worse than walking into a room and seeing your shirt, dress, or pants on several other women. As such, sometimes we are not prepared for the amount of admiration our customers have towards our clothing, and things sell out ridiculously fast.
Since we are new, we are still getting to know our customers tastes and preferences. It can be extremely difficult to project which styles will be most popular and how much inventory we need. We appreciate everyone's patience and will continue to adapt and make changes as we grow gracefully with our customers.
Unfortunately, most of our items purchased are “cut to order”. What this means is the manufacturer will produce based on what is purchased. In some cases, we are able to replenish, but that is not the case with all brands and styles.
If we are able to replenish, we will make an announcement to our Trinity Insiders via e-mail as well as on our website, Instagram, and Facebook.

Gifts with Purchase: Some of our most popular promotions are complimentary gifts with purchase. These promotions are typically associated with a specific brand, item or minimum order total. If shipping to multiple destinations, the gift will automatically ship to the billing address.
Buy & Save: This promotion allows our customers to receive a discount by purchasing two or more of one item or specified group of items. The discount will apply in the Checkout process.
Promotion Code: You may qualify for a promotion that is associated with a specific code. Promotion codes can be found on the promotion or product details page. To retrieve your gift, enter the code in the promotion code field in the payment section during the Checkout process. Promotion codes are not case sensitive.
Automatic: Many promotions do not require a promotion code, and will automatically be added to your order during the Checkout process. You can see that the promotion has been added at the bottom of the Checkout page.
Promotions may be limited to purchases from participating brands, a specified group of items or a minimum order price. All promotions are available for a limited time during indicated dates, and only while supply lasts. Promotional offers do not apply to international orders.
Once you have reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our gift card/discount code box, and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied.
Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order. We are unable to price match past promotions.
