How do I return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Intimates, swimsuits and items marked as FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
- Items must be in their original condition; i.e., unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks and makeup stains, free of animal hair, perfume and deodorants or other scents
- Items must have all original tags still attached.
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded

How soon will I get my refund?
- Your refund will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 business days of receipt of product. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle
